Poor Battery Life

The specifications of battery lasting 60 minutes is false. I am lucky to get 15 minutes. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about your experience with this battery. Please know that the described run time is abnormal. When used with both batteries the runtime is up to 60 minutes depending on the load and condition of your lawn while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawn mower (i.e. lawn mower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Cuts the lawn great

Just got this lawnmower and so far it works great. I have absolutely no experience mowing a lawn and this thing was easy to us cuts smooth, easy to adjust the height. Every time I is I get better. Lawn looks great. I just bought the blower and edge cutter

back left wheel immobine after 4 uses-returned

Liked this mower. Light, no fumes. Did a nice job cutting a large, hilly yard and did a comparable job to the old gas mower. After about 5 uses, when I went to start the mower, the back left wheel began to jam. After moving it around, was able to unjam it, but on subsequent attempts to begin mowing, the same thing happened and I could no longer move it around and get it to work. Working single mom taking care of house and lawn and I am not handy, but I really expect a product to work after the first few uses. Very disappointed because I was liking this mower.
