This product is amazing. It does such a great job at cutting the lawn with little to no effort. The product is extremely easy to clean, and it makes you want to go out and cut the grass, rather than keep procrastinating. I love this product so much that I bought 2 other ones for family members. The charge on the batter is also outstanding. Go get this product, it will be the last mower that you will ever buy

Poor Quality Prevents Assembly

I'm reading the reviews of other users and wishing I could get as far as testing the mower. My unit came with the plastic handle knobs so poorly manufactured that the upper handle assembly cannot be attached to the mower at all. Overall the build quality is very poor compared to gas mowers in the same price range. My suggestion is to build a better mower and charge more for it (think Tesla), the bitter taste of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low cost is forgotten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this along with the trimmer. Easy to assemble and works great. Much more quiet than my old power mower. Will never go back to a gas mower again. Plenty of battery life. 1 charge more than enough to cut and trim my yard, though it isn't that big. Proably 45 minutes total. One thing I would change is the color of the bag. The mower is a sharp black/green color scheme and has a white bag. Looks sharp out of the box, but the bag should be either the green or black as the white stains from the grass clippings. Glad I bought it.

This mower has been what I expected. It is light weight easy to maneuver around the yard. I am really glad I purchased the extended batter, with his battery I can mow the entire yard without stopping. The ability to adjust the mower height with just one lever is a great feature. I would recommend this mower to anyone with a large yard.

Used it approximately 30 times in a little over a year. It runs for 10 minutes then the battery needs to be re-charged. It take less than 5 minutes to fully charge and still it runs for only 10 minutes. It is clearly either a defect or they make junk. They have not responded to multiple emails claiming that they are protecting their employees. Seems they have not figured out how to work remotely. Avoid this product and this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out.
1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged.
2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated.
3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction.
