It has the power to mow through deep thick grass and does a beautiful job. The battery recharges quickly, 35 minutes, and has enough amp hours to mow up to about an hour. I love this mower! Much better than my old gasoline powered mower.

We bought this to replace our 9 year old greenworks lawn mower, which gave us good service. We enjoy not having a gas powered mower and all the hassel that comes with it.
The new mower with its 21" deck is working perfectly for us. It cuts our entire lawn on one charge of one of the two batteries it came with. Just love this mower. Easy breezy!

The mower comes packaged well in the box and is easy to assemble. I assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes. It is very lightweight and easy to push, kind of like pushing a shopping cart. It does a very nice job cutting the grass and I was able to do a third of an acre on a single charge. The mower is very quiet even on high power mode in longer grass. I deducted one star because the battery is a different size than the other 80 volt pro tool batteries that I already have, and also because the branding and information stickers on the mower are so thin that they appear wrinkled. When I bought this mower I assumed incorrectly that I would be able to use the batteries from my snowblower and string trimmer and tiller, but that is not the case. Even so I like the mower and recommend it.

Greenworks' 80V mower works perfectly for our 1/2 acre yard. It has plenty of power to get through dense areas, and is light enough to push up a small incline with ease. The entire yard can be mowed on less than a single charge. Very glad we decided to give an electric mower a try--we'll definitely be looking into Greenworks' other tools.

Works well and light enough for my 10-year-old to mow

I bought this because my 10-year-old son wanted to start mowing and our gas-powered mower was too heavy and he couldn't pull the pull-cord hard enough to start it. This mower works great for him (even without the self-propelled) and he's excited to mow. It seems well-made and seems to have enough power to get through some thick grass. I really appreciate it being quieter and very easy to start up and run.

I love how easy and effortless it was to mow my lawn. Battery powered mowers are so much fun to use and I highly recommend greenwork products. Easy to assemble and use. Will continue to use their products in the future.
