[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I already had batteries and a charger, this was an economical way to have a chainsaw handy at home. Don't need something huge for my yard. First thing I did was trim up my arborvitae. Cut like butter and was lightweight to handle. Nice not having the fumes and noise of a gas saw.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

I keep it in the pu along with my other grab and go tools.

Pretty good but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice trimmer pole saw combo. Could have made the pole attached to the battery and tool shorter for normal height trimming and cutting and make the extension pole a little longer. It's a little clumsy and a little heavy but not too bad. Could have included a harness support strap. Did a nice job cutting.

More than enough for most people. Great saw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know what more you'd want from an electric saw. Yes, it's not as powerful as gas. But it's super easy to use and hassle free. Probably more than 95% of people will ever need. Attached photo was 1 full charge of a 2Ah battery, about 50 min of near continuous use to buck the entire pile shown.

New chains tend to stretch; so be sure to check the chain tension frequently and tension as required. However, be sure to never tension a warm chain before storing as chains shrink when cooling and this can damage the chain, bar, and saw. Please ensure that when you remove the side cover that the following parts are there and in order: sprocket (chain wheel), chain wheel washer and finally the c-lip. These parts are imperative when it comes to keeping the chain on. Please note that this product carries a 4-year warranty on the tool and battery from the date of purchase. Wearable parts carry a 90-day warranty against wear and tear. If you notice any of these parts missing or you are still experiencing issues we recommend you to contact with us by Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by phone at 1-855-345-3934.
