Solid looking saw, great case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The saw appears sturdy & I love the case. I'm building a dock/boathouse. I didn’t want to pull-start my gas saw on a tall ladder or use a plug-in electric on the water. I've had good results a Greenworks string trimmer & blower so this looked like a good fit.. The 80v 4ah battery weighs 5.7 lb, 2.5 lb more than the 3.2lb 2ah batteries on my other tools. It's nice that they include both a full-chisel chain (faster cutting) & semi-chisel (stays sharp longer, easier to sharpen.)

Amazing saw for the money!

I was expecting to pay much more for a saw as big as this one (18 inch bar), but it cuts as well or better than my 16" Craftsman gas saw ever did! Quiet, fast cuts and easy to put down and move brush and limbs as needed!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my 80 volt saw for five years now and I use it instead of my gas one whenever I can. The only downside has been battery life but Green works just had a sale on reconditioned 4 AH. batteries so I picked one up at a reasonable price. Pros: lighter weight, no mixing gas, 18" bar is suitable for most cutting ( I use it primarily for cut up deadfalls for firewood). Plenty of cutting time out of one charge. Cons: price of batteries, chain life not as long as heavier gas saw , don't use it in wet conditions.
