[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chainsaw several months ago and have never had a better experience with a chainsaw!!Have a dead tree and this saw made mincemeat out of it. Fast recharge too! Just bought a leaf blower can’t beat greenworks tools.

Heavy when extended

The chain comes off with every cut.It is also very heavy and unbalanced when extended

The chain will need to be tensioned periodically during use as sawing is a high friction use, high friction causes materials to heat up, chain is metal. Metal expands when heated, chain will need to be re-tensioned to account for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the chainsaw and see that placing the chain on the product is required. Website is very difficult to navigate to register the product. Seems like you must write a review to register. Unable to recommend due to not using the chainsaw yet. Appearance is very nice, but haven't operated the chainsaw. Gave 4 star rating, but would like to have seen the chain attached upon opening and an easier website to follow.
