[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just unboxed. Feels solid. Easy to adjust blade tension. Wish it came with a second battery. Nice that 2 extra chains included, though I am concerned that it means they expect them to wear out quickly
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello GrumpDad.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Greenworks PRO 80V 18" Chainsaw. We are glad to hear it feels solid and that adjusting the blade tension is easy.
We understand that a second battery can be helpful for longer tasks, and additional batteries can be purchased separately.
The extra chains included are intended to provide convenience for continued use and maintenance, not necessarily an indication of rapid wear. For optimal performance, be sure to follow proper chain tension, lubrication, and cutting techniques, which will help extend the life of both chains.
For additional parts, customers can use the Part Finder on our website, or contact our support team at 1-888-909-6757 or start a Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw to clear small trees on my property.
It's quiet and is powerful enough to cut a good size tree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased my 4th Greenworks tool. I have been so frustrated with gas equipment constantly not starting. Greenworks is the answer and I love how simple every tool is to use. No chokes and rip cords or carb cleanings! Thank you Greenworks for the SERENITY!
