Took a minute to get the right tension and oil was a little slow at first until i took the blade off and just kinda cleared the space a bit. After yhat, I've been impressed. Good power and cuts 15-18 inch logs without effort. About 10-12 seconds.
Pros: Convenient, Quiet

I used it for the first time and was very satisfied.
Easy to use and not overly heavy.
The only disappointment was that if needed to be put together. I wish you provided a YouTube link for set up in the box...not all links are easy.
