none of my current sockets fit this and it came with no tools except for a few screw driver heads which I have hundreds, ok I am exaggerating but I have a lot of.
How am I suppose to use the tool if there are no sockets or tools to go with it and the standards don't fit. Luckily I got a set from China that work it came with a different impact head.

We are sorry for the confusion here and appreciate the feedback. The CK32100 is a drill and impact driver combo kit, and it does include the two tools, two 2.0Ah USB-C batteries, USB-C charging cable(s), 65W USB-C fast charger, tool bag, and a selection of basic driver bits. It is not designed to include a full socket set, as the impact driver uses a 1/4" hex quick-change chuck that is intended for standard 1/4" hex-shank bits and compatible accessories. Because of this, traditional sockets will not fit directly without a 1/4" hex-to-socket adapter or impact-rated socket set. We understand this may be unexpected if you were planning to use standard sockets right out of the box, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue improving product clarity and expectations. Fantastic drill and impact set for the value.

Used my new Greenworks drill to put my heavy duty power tower together, did not slip and had enough torque to really lock it in. The led light is fantastic as I was installing in my garage with limited lights. Battery came fully charged and it completed the job with plenty to spare. Overall grip is great as it did not slip at all.

I have many drills of several varieties. I bought these two drills because I have used a Greenworks 10 inch chainsaw for several years and I absolutly love everything about it. I have used the drills for several weeks now and I am in love with them also. Everything I own that is made by Greenworks have become on the top of my list of tools.

JUST BEWARE

Have had 7 mo's and have used drill (haven't used impact driver yet) a handful of times. Both batteries will not charge. Not sure if it's a problem with the charger or batteries. Followed trouble shooting steps; however, no status lights show. Bought 2 year warranty. Been on hold over 13 minutes with the (888) number...I HUNG UP! used CHAT, link for service center didn't work. Ridiculous.

Only used less than 10 times and it will not go counter clockwise making it very difficult to complete projects.

If the unit is not switching to reverse (counterclockwise), there are a few things we recommend checking. First, ensure the forward/reverse selector switch above the trigger is fully engaged to the reverse position, as it can sometimes sit in a neutral lock position if not pushed completely to one side. If the trigger does not respond, try toggling the selector switch back and forth a few times to ensure it is not stuck or obstructed. Also, remove the battery and reinsert it firmly to confirm a proper connection, and check that the battery is adequately charged. If the tool has been under load, allowing it to rest briefly can help reset any internal protection features.
