[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this product, charged the battery and was eager to try it out. It worked for about 10 seconds and stopped and would not start again, Very disappointed with the product. Will try again tomorrow to see if it works.

If your 24V 6" Pruner Saw runs but does not cut properly, or stops after a few seconds, it is likely entering protection mode to prevent damage. Simply release the trigger and restart the tool. Be sure the chain is tensioned correctly, kept sharp, and let the saw do the work without forcing it. If after attempting the troubleshooting tip and, the problem persists. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pruning saw for myself for Christmas. I anticipate using it a lot this year. My only complaint is the difficulty of opening the box and registering the saw. Both were cumbersome and difficult to do.
