Great Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy watch 7 is a tremendous smartphone with capabilities to help you monitor your health more effectively. I love that you can monitor your sleep habits, and it monitors your health continuously, without depleting your battery. with the new Galaxy AI, it is faster than ever.
The Galaxy Watch 7 is lightweight, I sometimes forget the watch is even there. It charges rapidly, and I only really need to try to every other day, although I charge it every day just to make sure that I don't risk over taxing the battery.
It satisfies my need for accurate health monitoring and long-lasting battery. The only gripes that I have about this watch or that you can delete apps that you don't use off the watch, like Samsung messages etc. I really only need one of each type of app on a device, and that you can't delete what's called "bloatware" is quite unfortunate. other than that minor gripe, I love the the watch. it is definitely an improvement over my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
one last thing that I love about the watch, is that the music quality is quite good, including the sound quality on calls. occasionally, I will listen to music using it, rather than hold the phone up to my head or something. It makes for a different Sonic experience, and I love it. It's probably not recommended, but I sometimes listen to music underwater, and it just sounds beautiful. my Galaxy Watch 4 for could never play music from SoundCloud. I'm glad they finally changed this! Couldn't be happier with it.

Battery life is better...

Still wish the battery lasted more than one day, for me, it's a pain to find a good time to charge it so that it doesn't interrupt my workouts, sleep, or step counts. I like the interface, it's easy to navigate and customize, I really liked that I can transfer my old watch face and settings to the new watch, that's pretty sick. I'm also impressed with some of the updated sleep features, sleep apnea too name one. Although I don't have sleep apnea, I'm sure someone will find this feature useful. So far, I like my watch and anticipate learning more about it in the following weeks as I use it more.

Great Smart Watch

Love the incorporation of Galaxy AI to improve sleep recording & fitness tracking. Fantastic deal with the trade in. Definitely satisfied.

Awesome upgrade

The watch features a much simpler interface and better battery. Excited to try the other Galaxy AI features that this watch has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing Galaxy watches since the gear S3. I've always loved the features and how smooth the watches run. The watch 7 has new features like AI and different types of health measurements. I use my phone daily to track my steps. I've always loved the Samsung health app features when I go on a run. I track my VO2 max which is beneficial for me to know how well my heart is. This watch is awesome and I highly recommend anyone looking for a smartwatch.
