Galaxy watch 7 sync with my Galaxy phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By using my Galaxy watch I don't have to pull out my phone to answer phone calls or respond to text so I greatly reduced the chances of losing my phone like I often have in the past prior to owning my Galaxy watch 7.

The Watch 7 is nice. They've made changes that are helpful. I'm left handed and it was a breeze to adjust it to my right wrist, for one. Another nice feature is that the watch automatically turns back on after charging if it turns off due to no battery life. The sleep apnea feature is helpful and I'm sure it will be a good feature for many people. It's stylish and sporty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The battery life is non existent. Full charge 100%, 3 hours later, done. It turns into a wrist ornament after that.
