Amazing Watch! Worth Every Penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 because I needed a good watch to track both my workouts and sleep. I do a lot of swimming and I needed a watch I could easily use in the water that provided me with accurate measurements of distance, strokes, 100m swim times etc. Plus, I needed a watch that I could still control with wet fingers. The Galaxy Watch 7 accomplishes all of this. Scrolling through different screens on the watch face is not a challenge when my fingers are wet. When my workout is over, I'm provided with three pages of data about the session.
I also use the watch for sleep apnea detection and energy score tracking. This is where Galaxy AI is so beneficial as it provides me with guidance and feedback on how I can improve my sleep and this in turn aids my recovery.
The watch also has a great design and is pleasing to the eye. The watch band is very comfortable and will last a long time. I also appreciate the freedom that I have to customize the watch faces. I can literally make the watch my own.

Amazing upgrade!

The fitness tracking seems more streamlined and accurate and the UI feels smoother and more polished here. The Galaxy AI features seem interesting but I haven't really delved into how they could be useful in the long run.

I was wrong, the galaxy watch7 adds tons of features to my everyday life, my favorite being the sleep tracking.

Watch battery life sucked until after the update. I barely got one day of use now its closer to two. The sleep fearure is nice and the measurments are more accurate. I was wanting the ultra but thus watch takes care of my needs. I am so happy i got it
