We use several surge protectors in our clinic. This was recommended by our local computer store. It is easy to set up. We had a few power glitches due to our electric company working on the lines but the unit never failed.

Using my 550VA with my Comcast box, sound system and TV. Really tired of having the Comcast box having to reset itself every time there is a power glitch in the area. The internal test for overload worked perfectly. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Having had problems with previous units of a different brand not shutting down my PC when the power went out, I was very pleased that the software that comes with this unit works great and is easy to install. Just after I set it up, our power went out and the software went into action and kept the computer running as it shut it down. I was fed up with my former unit letting the PC go off without shutting down properly, which is very harmful to the PC and your valuable files. This unit did not let that happen.

LIght weight for how much protection

I like the room between each outlet. Makes it easy to plug in larger adaptors. Hooked it up to the PC and it was easily detected in Windows 8.1. I wish that I didn't need a screwdriver for battery replacement. Great unit, great price.

I was surprised how light the unit was. I wished that you would not have to unscrew screws to replace the battery. That is my only issue.
