Bought this to temporarily replace a larger UPS that had gone out and required repair. Seems to run the computer equipment load fine, but software does not indicate how much load is being drawn. Has not yet had to carry the load during a power outage. Battery is easy to replace.

I purchased my second 550VA for my laptop. The first was for my TV and cable receiver/DVR. My electricity flashes frequently causing my electronic equipment to go off for a split second. Since using the UPS units, the flashes do not affect any of my equipment.
