Our #1 complaint about previous battery backups is that they go bad in a little over a year (or less) and are expensive to replace. Hope this one lasts longer. It is lighter in weight and less bulky than our previous ones, and handles more power usage through the outlets. If the battery backup doesn't stop working like previous brands, we'll be happy customers!
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Quiet Operation

The features of this product has sufficiently met my needs in many ways, I use it for my computer, monitor, and printer along with minor things like a lamp, phone and other items. We have been using this product for many years without any hiccups or problems, the ECO750UPS has always done what it stated it would do. When I have power failures, the alarm rings out and lets me know my system is still on and ready for me to shut down, it allows me time to shut down my system safely. It also provides surge protection such as when we had a transformer blow one street over which we are part of, when they change the transformer it protects us from surges in electric which is hard on computers. Since I have been using this product I have not had a computer fry or fail on me.

This UPS is great for small offices because it is so affordable that you can have one for each computer instead of just a Surge Protector. Until I found this Tripp Lite UPS we often left individuals PC's without adequate protection since small companies often cannot afford to protect all PC's yet they also cannot afford not to protect all PC's. After finding this product I had no problems getting money approved for these. Of course for servers and Engineering workstations I purchase larger ones but I always depend on Tripp Lite UPS's such as the Smart150L or the Tripp Lite Smart Pro. I always recommend Tripp Lite for value and performance to our employees who ask about one for their home as well as IT personnel at other companies that ask my opinion. I love the dependability of all of your products!

This battery backup was a life saver on several occasions, one street over a transformer has blown several times once years ago I believe that caused a computer to crash on me due to an electrical surge, since we have had this several times we had the transformer blow and the system stayed up long enough for us the shut it down and it beeps letting us know of the power outage even of a night when we are sleeping it alarms us of the power failure.

This has saved my electronics more than once! I live in a high wind area with lots of wildlife so power outages are fairly common. It's so nice to be able to take care if things safely !

I have 2 of these, and I love them. I live in an area where we get a lot of power blips, usually 2 or 3 a week. It's great not having everything reboot while I'm in the middle of something.
