The product was purchased as excellent condition all looking good.
Product was received in about 7 days from ordering
The laptop was well packaged in bubble bag and then a outer box was in great shape.
I let the laptop warm up for 12 hours before charging as it was about -20 C when it arrived.
I had no issues with the laptop starting up and getting windows 11 running .
Moved my data from old laptop to new one no issue
I have used both USB ports.
I have not tried the webcam or HDMI port
Issues:
For me the sound quality, its. a bit fuzzy
No manual
