I bought a portable ac and it was missing parts. Contacted support, and they were no help. Would not send the missing parts

Great for Cooling, Heating not so much

Bought this unit a few months ago, and it did good for cooling. Unfortunately, although they are quick to advertise the greatness of having the condensate water evaporate out the window, this only happens when it is cooling. About every hour I use this in heating mode, I get an E5 code (dump the water collection bucket). This means I have to wheel it outside and drain it. There is no pump built in, so no options.
