[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the weather was getting hot last week (the week of May 5, 2024) I decided to purchase an air conditioner. Keep in mind that I have a central air conditioning unit already, but I discovered that it had been vandalized. Maybe "vandalized" is a too harsh a word to describe the situation. Anyway, I had no air conditioner to use to cool my house. So, I brought the "LG 6000 BTU portable air conditioner" and I am happy I did so. Frankly, I only want air conditioning for my bedroom until the central one is fixed. I am very happy with this product that I may forgo the central unit and just supply every room my house with one of these magnificent machines. NOT. I am perfectly satisfied with this one unit until my central air conditioner is repaired. Thank you LG, I am one happy camper.

Doesn’t fit window, it’s a 31 in window, and instructions clearly state it would fit 26-47.

ALL I CAN SAY IS "WOW!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an older flat roof Mobile home with a 12x12 bedroom and with 3 large windows I run my AC on low and it cools the bedroom down within minutes. I am very pleased with it and love the way it shuts off when reaches the desired temperature and the noise level is acceptable.

Portable Air Conditioner

This portable AC was the ticket, It installed with ease and was up and running in no time. The unit is stylish and has a thorough yet simple control panel. Oh yeah did I mention that it blows ice cold too.

Efficient and Effective Machine

I would recommend this air conditioner for folks looking to cool down a couple rooms in their home. Though it's rated for 150 sq/ft, In my experience, it can cool down rooms beyond that. I particularly like the "dry" setting for humid days that might not necessarily require cooling the room down. So far, it seems to be a reasonably efficient machine and not terribly expensive to run day after day.
