I have always bought HP Laser Printers for home use as I find them most reliable and trouble free. However, I believe the HP original Toner Cartridges are quite pricy and the fact that they don't have refill options not being available sucks. The old a printer gets the price of the original Toner price rises. And of course, HP blocks all access to all Third Party Cartridges. So I gave 4 stars instead of 5. If HP is reading this I hope you take note, especially with eco concerns, HP must do something instead of charging us eco waste and dumping those used up toners in the dump.

The printer is good. It does what it’s supposed to do. I regret not buying a better model that would work with my iMac Sonoma. I was told that this model works with my iMac but it doesn’t. Also, I regret not buying one with the fax option.

Can't get the printer to work. It will not connect to my desktop. I haven't had time to really mess with it and hope I can find a solution. So far it is just an expensive paper weight.

Great printer. We've only had it for a few days but so far everything works perfectly. Having duplex printing is an important feature for us and it prints remarkably fast in this mode. The compact size is also a bonus, it has a smaller footprint than we imagined.
