It does not work for my hair and I am very disappointed and unhappy that I was not able to return it the same week that I received it. I have other T3 products that I love but this was a complete waste of money.

Product is great but broke after 5 months

The product worked really well, but the gold pieces fell off after 5 months of intermittent use. The only option for warranty is to get it replaced with a refurbished item. Overall, wouldn’t recommend give it broke so quickly and wasn’t cheap.

I love my new curling/straightner! It is perfect for me as I had been using my old T3 straightening tool for the past 9 years! I couldn't beleive I have had it that long so I choose to replace with this new one with hot plates on the outside as I was light curling with my regular T3. I love the design and the cap created to close it and keep plates safe. Highly recommend! It even comes with a glove for heat protection. You can use with or without the glove as the tip is non hot!

Amazing Flat Iron…Love It

I finally found the flat iron I’ve been looking for for years. I have long, thick and frizzy hair and have had to get Brazilian Blowouts to get a good straight hair style which gets quite expensive. I’ve been through many flat irons that turned out disappointing. This flat iron is so worth it and it delivers beautifully on straight hairstyle. Plus you don’t have to be a professional hair dresser or anything for it to turn out good.

Perfect except for one thing!

I have been trying to find the perfect tool for my very fine hair. And I love this one except for one thing. I don’t have the coordination a hairdresser has to hold and curl at the same time. If this had a clip. (not sure that’s the right term) like a curling iron it would be perfect.
