I love the blow dryer I just wish the cool shot button was lower on the handle because it is hard to avoid pushing it while blow drying my hair and i constantly have to turn the cool shot off because just holding the blower dryer its so easy to accidentally push the cool shot button while blow drying.

Outstanding hairdryer! I had a previous version I bought many years ago and it still works but I decided to upgrade and so glad I did. My hair has a lot of texture/frizz and this with diffuser helps me looks more presentable and makes it more manageable. I love that the settings I choose don’t have to be reprogrammed each time.

I wanted to love it as I had an older version of the featherweight hair dryer. However I can’t give this a good review. I tried the dryer several times and my hair constantly got pulled into the end of the dryer — ruining my hair.

At the moment, you are working on replacing this for me. It worked for about 3 weeks and then stopped working completely. This is my fourth T3 product and all the others worked and are working perfectly . I really love your products and this had appeal because it came with a diffuser -- I have curly hair!!!
