La tenía guardada en caja y recién la trato de usar y no calienta, lamentablemente la compré hace algún tiempo y no creo que tenga garantia. Muy disconforme. Porque yo se la realidad. Otras tenazas y blower nunca había tenido problemas.

Only need a single pass. Works great on my roots. Only negative is the temperature isn’t displayed on the iron so I have to keep referring to the manual when I want to adjust the heat. Also the iron has an automatic shutoff after an hour which is annoying for someone with long, thick textured hair. I didn’t notice it the first time it happened and completed half of the front of my hair with the iron off. I wish it was feature that allows you to choose the shutoff time but other than that I’m satisfied.
