[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item in the first time I used it. It stopped working in under two minutes, never to resume. I had to ship it back and tried to exchange it, but the second one did the same thing. Very disappointed with this product as I had a previous KA 5qt that worked for about 40 years

Can not rely on this brand anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this KitchenAid mixer and on second time using it, it quit. Just stopped mixing and nothing would happen. For the price of these mixers their quality is crap. This is the 3rd KitchenAid mixer I've had and have had trouble with all 3 of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had your mixer for 17 years, it was great
I needed a bigger bowl so I thought that upgrading it to this new mixer is the best idea
it is so not functional, uncomfortable to work with
I cant believe I am stuck with it now
I regret buying it so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine! I wish the mixing attachments were stainless steel! I had my first kitchen aid for many years. Is still going strong. I needed a larger bowl for bread. Alright kitchen aid let’s put in the stainless mixing attachments instead of making that a buy separately. Thankyou for my lovely machine!
