I use the mat under my elliptical machine and it stays in place while moving and is long enough for my machine. I have size medium I believe.

Protector mat is worth having...

The Home Gym Floor Protector Mat is perfect as base protection for my new Sunny treadmill. It is thicker than most mats I have seen, and I am so glad that it does NOT have any chemical smell to it. Plus, it is easy to wipe clean.

THE MAT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO, PROTECT THE FLOOR FROM THE GYM EQUIPMENT..IT'S STURDY AND HAVING THE CHOICE OF SIZE MADE IT THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR MY HOME GYM.
