Dismal performance at 16 RAM. Very little information provided on how to upgrade. Graphics performance is shockingly poor and not upgradeable

It is the easiest computer of its type to set up. Once that has occurred, it is a beautiful experience. Crystal clear images. Total ease of use. Downloading from the cloud was a snap. I have always preferred HP products and I will continue to do so.

I like my new computer. There is one design flaw I see. The stand design should allow the monitor to be lowered another 2 more inches. I do a lot of Zoom meetings, and the camera is too high to capture me from the mid-section to the top of my head. I have to tilt the monitor forward as far as it can go and I should not have to do that. This is strictly a mechanical issue nothing to do with the computer.
Also, I did not realize that my computer does not have a CD slot. it is probably my mistake that I did not notice it when I purchased it.
I do have a lot of problems with Windows 11, but that is Microsoft, not HP.
I would recommend this to a friend!
