[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased a less expensive and lighter model but did not like it and sent it back and then purchased the Kitchen Aid, and so glad I did! Best thing I did because the Kitchen Aid is so much better in so many ways! I had a Kenmore stand mixer for many years and I loved it, but this Kitchen Aid is better, but the controls are on the opposite side from the Kenmore, so just need to do more mixing to get use to that, otherwise amazing! This came with a flex edge beater mixer attachment and it works great and I love it and so does my husband!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The speed lever control was so hard to adjust speed s that i had to almost hit it to make it move! i have just sent an email to kitchenaid requesting a new mixer. i know that the lever has to be raised slightly to change speeds. i have owed one before and loved it….

Love it even more than my previous kitchen aid mix

I have to say I love this one even more than my last one. It is much quieter and I love the flex edge beater. What a terrific idea.
