Best kitchen investment yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regularly bake and cook from scratch. KitchenAid has helped me cut down time in the kitchen prepping food. It's just like having an extra set of hands doing the hard work for you. Everything turns out perfectly and you never feel like the machine is going to give out on you and just stop working like a regular hand mixer. We also bought the slicing/shredding attachment. By far the best way to shred blocks of cheese. Sometimes I would avoid cooking certain things because I didn't have enough time to stand around and shred cheese by hand. We just made a large platter of fresh mac and cheese. This shredded 3 blocks of cheese in under 10 minutes. This is the best money spent to help me in the kitchen, thank you!!

Finally I made myself a present an I bought the artisan 5 qt, because for me needs it was the best option. It works very good, I have made several doughs for breads and cakes and meringue and I simply love it!

Looking forward to bread and pizza dough. I love the power and it seems well built. Americans can still manufacture the best equipment.
