I received this as a Christmas gift, and I love it. It does need a little adjustment to get the attachment clearance perfect inside the bowl. I have a tiny bit of trouble finessing the speed lever, too, but this stand mixer has made baking so much easier.

I purchased this for mom few weeks ago. Her old Kitchenaid finally gave up after 10 yrs of use. We're hoping this 1 will last another 10 maybe longer! She loves it!

How did I ever get along in my kitchen without it?!

I bought my very first Kitchenaid mixer later in life. I figured it wasn't really any big deal until I saw a great deal on it at Kohl's and decided since I was taking a cake decorating class it would be a good thing to have on hand. WOW! I love it and my husband can't stop making chocolate chip cookies because it's so much easier. My only negative is now I've put weight on! (thanks, hubby and Kitchenaid!) I would like to try some other attachments now. It certainly has been a welcome addition to my kitchen! I bought a basic color (grey) but now wish I'd gone "wild" and bought a fun bright color!!! GO FOR IT!!!

I have been cooking for over 40 years. Wish I had purchased one years ago. This is strong and sturdy built to last. It cleans easily and I use it for everything that needs mixed-bread,pie dough,cookies, ect.
