I have been wanting a Kitchenaid stand mixer for years, but couldn't justify spending the money.
My wife surprised me with mine for my birthday, and I was floored.

I love baking, when I received this mixer for last mother's day I did not think I would use it because I was comfortable working the dough with my hands. What a difference, the dough is so fluffy and a lot less work. My family also noticed the difference in the finished product. It gained a well deserved place on my counter. :)

I bought this Mixer a little over of month ago. I was very excited when I purchased it and I still am. It is a great mixer. Always wanted a Kitchenaid Mixer. So glad I bought this one.

We had been eyeballing one of these for awhile. Found a great deal and took the plunge. Love that we can add accessories (slicer and grinder). They're not cheap, but it should last us a good many years.

My only regret is that I didn't buy one of these years ago. I make lots of bread and have spent hundreds of dollars on bread makers, none of which have lasted more than two years.
Although my primary reason for buying it was dough-making, it's quickly become an indispensable kitchen appliance.
