Have used this product twice and I absolutely love it. It works great, is easy to use, clean, and store. Is hands down the easiest mixer I have ever used!

I got my mixer as a bridal shower gift and absolutely love it! I love that you don't have to stand there and hol the mixer so it makes baking a lot easier.

I have really gotten back into baking since I no longer work. Having my new Artisan Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer really makes it so much easier & quicker. Especially making bread & dog treats that require kneading of the dough.

Not as good as the older models.

Doesn't seem as sturdy as our old Kitchenaid. Even though the motor is more powerful than our old one, it has problems with lighter loads. The lock also doesn't hold, forcing me to hold the lock down while the mixer is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fancy and Easy

I like the Artisan Mixer, and my wife even more so.
First of all it looks great. Just a nice classy look to give your kitchen some appeal. Second it's sturdy and well made, so everything stays in place as you use it.
Third it works well, especially with all the attachments it comes with making baking and cooking that much easier.

Wonderful workhorse mixer

I purchased this mixer to replace my identical Kitchenaid Artisan because I had broken the knob off the speed regulator of my old one. When I ordered a new knob and tried to replace it on my old mixer, I ended up damaging the electrical workings, so had to pitch it. Lesson Learned! Bought another one a month later, will take care to not tear it up!
