Value bundle is waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought getting a value bundle and paying more for it meant it came with extra parts. All it did was come with a different attachment than the shield. Totally not worth paying extra for a bundle. The bundle should have everything regular mixer comes with and the additional attachment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer was a surprise gift from my husband to replace my old mixer that was making grinding sounds. I really like the mixer and it is my favorite mixer now! Heavy duty and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this as a Christmas present for myself. i should have done it years ago. it is heavy so I don't want to move it around a lot. It mixes like a dream.I have a recipe that i beat my eggs and sugar for 7nminutes and it is so nice to not have to hold onto a hand mixer for that amount of time. i can get the rest of my ingredients together while the eggs and sugar are mixing.

great machine, but 'lock' doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the standmixer a few weeks ago. I'm really happy with what it can do. I've used it more than I thought I would. One problem is that the lock function doesn't work properly. For heavier batches (dough etc.) it comes unlocked and the machine starts bumping around. It's really hard to hold it down. I've tried to fill out the online form for help, just now for the second time, but I'm not getting a response. The chat function doesn't work sometimes, or it says there are too many people with inquiries so I have to try another time. Honestly disappointed that the customer service for such a great, but expensive item is not working well.

Artisan Stand Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Artisan stand mixer. My first mixer was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I have no issues with my new mixer but did realize that my mixer did not come with the splash shield. I double-checked the box and nothing.
