Ok mixer- not stellar for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly a little disappointed in the quality of the bowl and attachments when compared to my 12 year old head tilt. They just feel lighter and more cheaply made than the older model I was aiming to “upgrade” from. I appreciate the bigger size of the bowl and it does handle bigger batches better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this mixer! This is such a beautiful color . The 1/2 stir feature is ideal for bakers that want to fold add in’s to dough without over mixing dough. Wish i bought this mixer along time ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me as an early Christmas present and it’s been fantastic. I made bread once or twice a week and it handles the dough like a champ. I highly recommend the bowl lift if you make things that are very heavy. I had a tilt head for years that gave up during Covid. The head pin shook right out since it’s not really meant to do things super dense. And the pistachio color is so dreamy.

Large Batches

It will take me some time to get used to the difference between my old tilt. As others have shared it is a bit louder than the other. But I really am pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months back. We own an inhome Bakery and I needed something bigger. It does have more room, but it's very hard to get on and off with the attachment. To scrape, you have to take the entire thing apart to reach it all. I love my 4.5 qt mixers. Wish they could make the larger ones the same way. I only use the new one when necessary and decided to just keep using my smaller ones.

Beautiful mixer!
