Makes life easier

I didn't think I needed a stand mixer because I don't bake much. However, I may start baking more because of the convenience of this mixer. It's so much easier to put the ingredients in and have the mixer do the work, rather than standing there with the hand mixer.
I also even used the dough hook to make pizza dough. It was a snap and turned out great.

Love my mixer!

I received this as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it! I got the Liquid Graphite color which is such a rich gray color that is totally classic and able to match any decor. I use my mixer for all kinds of baking needs - cookies, breads, muffins, etc. It saves me time and wear on my wrist/hands (I have tendonitis). Highly recommend this mixer!

I bought my KitchenAid mixer about 6 months ago. I've tried other brands, low end, high end but nothing compares to my KitchenAid. I have rediscovered a love of baking that I had forgotten!

great versatility

I received my orange mixer for Christmas... Her name is Simona. That night, the first thing we made was whipped cream and it was amazing (and simple).
Kneading breads takes a fraction of the work. Recently I received the pasta attachments. We've made fresh spaghetti and hand stuffed raviolis using an old Russian recipe.

Yummy potatoes without the mess

I have been wanting a mixer for many years and finally bought one of the Artisans. It's black and it's beautiful!!! Have used it for mashed potatoes and what used to be something I dredded because my husband made such a mess with the hand mixer, has now turned into a happy family dinner. Thanks KitchenAid!

Makes great ice cream!

I received this as a bridal shower gift. It works wonderfully with my Artisan stand mixer! The consistency of the ice cream is spot on, and the recipes that come with the ice cream maker are great! The set-up of all the pieces is very simple, too.
