I purchased this mixer in 2013 and I love it. It is heavy duty to handle a big job. It is wonderful for making puff pastry. It makes mixing easy.

I got this for Christmas and I have used it at least once a week. I didn't realize how fast and easy it has made my baking and mixing. I can walk away while it is doing its thing and get other things ready.

I have always hated the hand held mixers and refused to use mine. I always mix by hand with a whisk or a fork. Needless to say I have been wanting a stand mixer for a while. I received this one as a wedding gift. I AM IN LOVE!! I have not only used this for baking but also for making breakfast and dinners. Its a great time saver to be having a sauce mixing while I am working on the main dish or whatever else. I love that there are several different attachments that can be bought for this mixer. My favorite so far is the juicer. I use a lot of lemon juice and this made my juicing so much more easy and faster. Overall I am thrilled.

Lever stiff and attachment plate fell off

The first time I used this mixer was a disaster. I was mixing dough when I heard a loud metallic sound then the bowl flew off. After I got it shut off I found the face plate for the attachments had fallen off and into the mixing bowl. I guess it wasn't tightened at the factory and now I'm left with a beautiful pink mixer with a huge gouge and scratch on it!
