Great versatility, strong motor!

I love to cook, baking is my favorite. Pies, cakes, cookies, bread.....now home made ice cream I love to make it all. It would not be any fun without my kitchen aid.

My KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer was my favorite Christmas gift. I love how easily I can mix up a batch of cookie dough, beer bread, and mashed potatoes (I love how smooth the texture is!). I've purchased food grinder attachment and we love making our own ground turkey with fresh ground veggies to create awesome burgers. Switching implements is easy and clean up isn't too bad either. I love my mixer and can only kick myself for all the years I've dreamed of having one but didn't do anything about it!

This is the second Kitchenaid Mixer I have owned. The other lasted 12 years. It is so versatile, and with the attachments we can do just about anything from bread to pasta to frosting and cakes and grinding meat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have wanted this mixer for years but I could never justify the price. Not because the mixer is not worth it, but rather because I have always had more pressing needs that took priority.
Now that I have it I am extremely pleased. It does all that I want it to do and more. It even does things that I never considered.'

I've waited years to get one of these, always waiting until I decided on my kitchen's color scheme. Finally had it narrowed down to Cornflower Blue and Majestic Yellow. And the winner is: Majestic Yellow! It's so bright and colorful. I've made sugar cookies and bread with my mixer so far. Really looking forward to buying the pasta and meat grinder attachments.
The only fault I have is that the head seems really loose and when I'm mixing dough, it lifts and rattles on the base.
