I LOVE my KitchenAid stand mixer! I've always wanted one and now I have one in my favorite color to boot! ( Purple) It makes executing my recipies so much easier and I'm finding myself looking for new recipies and ways to use my mixer that otherwise I probably wouldn't have even thougt about attempting! And clean-up is a breeze! BONUS! I only wish there was more availibility in the colors availible for the covers made by KitchenAid.

Great Durability

My wife has had this mixer for over ten years and it just keeps going. Had one issue with it. There are two long threaded dowels that hold the primary components together. I noticed a noisy vibration. When I opened the back and watched it run, it was clear that there were two lock nuts missing. I added the lock nuts and it has run quietly and vibration free ever since.

My KitchenAid mixer is one of the most valuable tools I have in my kitchen. In my opinion, you get what you pay for and in this case, it is one of the best investments I have ever made.

Can't bake without it

I had a tilt-head, upgraded to a lift-bowl, then decided to on a spiffy blue Artisan when my lift-bowl didn't fit in my new downsized kitchen island. I cannot imagine how anyone who bakes can get along without a Kitchenaid stand mixer.
