Awsome kicthenaid mixer

My children bought this for me as a birthday gift---I love it. This my first kitchenaid small appliance, I have since brought several of the attachments I have not tried all of them but the ones I have tried are awesome. I the ease of the operation of the machine--I made my Easter lamb cake using my machine and it was best cake I ever made. It is so easy to clean and store

Disappointing product for the cost

It is a very attractive mixer but it is not practical in the sense that it is very heavy plus the functionality of the mixer is not good. Often, when I mix a cake, I have to use the spatula because it doesn't mix completely in the bottom and on the side. Frankly for the cost, it is quite disappointing and wish I wouldn't have bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this stand mixer! As one who bakes bread frequently, I love that the dough hook takes most of the work out of bread making for me. Mixing is a breeze with this mixer and it's fun, too. It's the best on the market, and well worth the price!

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He has wanted one for years, and was a complete surprise!
He and my daughter have made different cookies, biscotti and breads almost every weekend.
Making our own bread each weekend will help pay for itself in no time.
