I bought this appliance about 4 months back. The first unit stopped working after about 2 weeks (would not turn on) but the exchange (from the store I bought) was very smooth. Since then, my new unit is working very well and would not hesitate to recommend this great appliance to others.

This mixer was more expensive than I wanted to spend but I'm so glad I did! It is easy to use, mixes in a fraction of the time, and cleans easily. I love it!

I bought my fist Kitchenaid mixer and I was not disappointed. It cuts my time by not having to premix before mixing, and it mixes and blends so fast. We also purchased the grinder. For small amounts of meat, it works well. Thanks Kitchenaid!
