My daughter) for a commercial size. Amazing!!!!! With self isolation I am making breads, bagels, danish, and a multitude of things daily . This machine is a work horse!

Solid and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my mixer for about a week and have used it about 10 times. I love this thing. Solid as a rock and a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I've used all the hooks and blades and had great results every time. Most impressive was the whisk. Angel Food cake has never been easier.

I just bought the 5qt artisan tilthead mixer on 3/6/2020. I've been wanting one for years, just like many others and finally bit the bullet and got one. Due to the high price, I did my research and read alot of the reviews, mostly focusing on the 1-3 stars. I wanted to know what the main issues were so I felt I could get them thru the bad reviews. My mixer came with the glass measuring bowl and in the beautiful plumberry color. Though I've only had it for 2 days, I'm already in love. First thing I made with it were brownies and WOW! What a difference! I am being very cautious with the glass bowl, where in most of the complaint in the reviews were of this bowl shattering during use. I feel as though they may have been tightening the glass bowl down to hard, but who knows. So far the mixer is everything I hoped it was. Quiet, efficient, beautiful, and easy to clean! The 3 mixing heads that came with it (whisk, dough hook, and beater) are sure easy to change out and clean, HANDWASH ONLY AND DRY THROUGHLY! I cant wait to start expanding on the different attachments and invest in a metal bowl and ceramic bowl. The front where the attachments go into is super easy to take on and off and to install said attachments also. I will continue to post other reviews as time wears on to keep everyone updated on this product so when researching hopefully my reviews will help.
