[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve read a bunch of shady reviews about the craftsmanship of the Kitchenaid brand declining so I was apprehensive to buy a mixer but mine is perfect! No chips in the paint, without the spring on the tilt head my attachments stay firm and secure, and the motor is rather quiet! I love my mixer! It came with the splatter shield and it works for me! Doesn’t slide off or anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago and used it for the first time yesterday to make cookies. I used the shield to pour the flour mixture but was disappointed with how much flour dust escaped. My hand mixer was better on this account.
