Almost up to kitchenaid standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this model of machine but the lever that you use to lock and unlock the top of it does not always move when you push it. there's something wrong with it but I don't want to call kitchenaid because you have to wait on hold for a minimum of an hour. but I am very disappointed and I really need it switched out For one that works.

Butter sticks to the sides

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not real satisfied witht the mixer. Butter sticks to the sides and won't mix in. I used room temp. Butter. Had one many years ago and never had this problem. And the clear cover wants to keep falling off.

Pretty and Built Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my stand mixer as a gift from my husband about a month ago. I had wanted one for years and haved used it for a variety of things. The dough hook makes bread making so much easier. I highly recommend the Kitchenaid mixer!

Not as big as my old one

I didn't think it was a big difference but it is. I was able to make a triple batch of cookies in the old one but now I'm lucky to make a double batch.
