Not quite what they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the look is the same the feel is different. The base is lighter and there is no longer a spring to hold the mixing attachments. The motor bogs on chocolate chip cookie dough if that tells you anything.

I've waited to buy this machine for a very long time and finally took the plunge. This has been the worst online purchase ever. One email saying it's delayed, then no word. After a phone call and automated system saying it has shipped but no tracking number. Help line is over an hour and STILL no information and not a follow up email. The credit card was charged a while ago... Should've done it at brick and mortar.

Time Saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my Christmas gift to myself after watching too many seasons of the Great British Baking Show. I feel like my family and friends should reimburse me after all the amazing meals and deserts I've made them. This mixer seemed intimidating to me after using a hand mixer all my life but it was surprisingly easy to use. It is easy to clean up. I've used the shredder attachment and they were also easy to use. My mashed potatos are no longer lumpy and I save so much time in the kitchen now. Love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I upgraded my kitchen aide mixer to this beautiful one. My 'old' was just fine it just wasn't this beautiful color. I'm so excited about the shredder attachment. I think I will consider getting rid of my food processor and just add accessories to my mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 years ago I spent my wedding money on a harvest gold KitchenAid tilt-headmixer. I sold it and bought a white one after about 15 years. I then bought a pink one and had two at the same time. I could keep going, but none have broken down. I sell them or give them away. I bought new ones just for a color change. This aqua sky ones looks
awesome on my kitchen counter. I expect it to give me the same great performance as all of my previous ones. I don’t plan to ever be without one and always recommend them to others. I haven’t tried out the Fresh Prep attachment yet. Love my KitchenAid mixers!!
