Not as big as my old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as my older one is starting to make different noises when I use it, however this I one quart smaller. I didn't think it was a big difference but it is. I was able to make a triple batch of cookies in the old one but now I'm lucky to make a double batch.

Don't buy extended warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer is great just don't buy an extended warranty online from there website as I did cause they cause no one who works there will be able to find it I have made multiple calls and emails with no response all I get is passed to another person who knows less than the first one

I don't see the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly...I just don't see how a stand mixer is so great and what the hype about it is. Have only used it twice and that's because flour and everything flies out of it and it's never fully mixed. It's also difficult to add ingredients-the shield thing it comes with is not that well made. A quality made machine but one I will hardly ever use. My hand mixer works so much better.

Almost up to kitchenaid standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this model of machine but the lever that you use to lock and unlock the top of it does not always move when you push it. there's something wrong with it but I don't want to call kitchenaid because you have to wait on hold for a minimum of an hour. but I am very disappointed and I really need it switched out For one that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
