Seems like a solid vent hood

It was easy to install, and seems to work well. A bit bulkier than some, but seems a lot more likely to have long trouble-free life than our old Broan, for which the control panel died and was prohibitively expensive to fix.

Happy with the purchase

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and we are very happy with it. My husband installed it and I assisted and took him a couple of hours. The vent looks great and the suction is strong and love the LED lights. I like that it has a digital clock, but the only minor problem I have with it is the time changes to 2-3 minutes ahead the next day whenever I set. I just set the clock 2 minutes late just now hoping it will catch up to the right time the following day. Other than that, we’re happy with the product and highly recommend it.

For the price, under $400, I'd say this range hood was a good value. Looks great and was easy to install. It is louder than we expected, even on the lowest level. But it's very effective in controlling fod odors especially when deep frying. Don't bother to rely on the clock as it does not keep time correctly. Ours is now running 25 minutes behind our stove. clock.

Our previous range hood did an OK job but it was something like 40 years old and showing its age. And grease! So we went looking for something better. This hood fit the bill perfectly. I really like the simple set of push buttons. What else do you need? Light, three fan speeds, and off. Perfect! The fans are pretty quiet for their speed. The lights are incredibly bright. Wow! It's a very simple and functional piece of equipment that gets the job done.
