[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We painted our patio with this product about 4 years ago. It held up pretty well but being well used and PA weather changes it began to chip a bit plus we needed a color change. The new color is lighter but covers very well. We used 1 1/2 gallons for a 18 x 12 patio and a 10’ path for 2 coats.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Qualities of elastomeric and latex combined
