I was purchasing this device 5,6 months ago. I was totally love it. And one day, it was soooo hootttt. And I exchanged with different device. Now, this one working well.

So Disappointed

I bought the PMD Clean Pro Gold at the end of May. It's an amazing tool, and I really do think that it's helping my skin clear up. HOWEVER! Just 4 months later, the gold side of my PMD Pro is chipping!
I have been very gentle with this cleaner. I wash and dry it immediately after each use. I don't keep it in humid or wet environments. I literally carry it back and forth with me into the bathroom, so as I don't cause it any damage.
The whole reason I bought the Gold version and paid extra for it was for the healing properties of gold. I can't believe that after taking so much care of this tool, the gold is flaking off/chipping away in certain areas. Sure, it's tiny, but it's still noticeable. I'm so disappointed. If I am paying a higher price, I also expect a higher quality.
I wish there was a way for me to attach a video I took of my device to show you what it looks like.

Gold plate stripping

Although I love my Pro Gold. I'm very disappointed that my gold plate is already stripping. I've own this for about 4 months now . For the price I don't believe this should be happening until after a year at least.

Love it!

I used to own a Clarisonic and loved it except how dirty and gross the brush heads got so quickly and the fact I had to buy brush heads to begin with. I tried the Foreo and while the cleaning was effective, I didn't like how it didn't have a handle. The PMD marries the two. AND the heating function on the pro is amazing and multi purpose. I often get sinus pressure which also mimics a tooth ache and I can apply direct heat on the affected area and it works like a charm! Definitely recommend!
