Gold started coming off after 2 months

This is my second device, decided to splurge and buy the one with gold but had it for about two months and the gold started coming off. Barely even used the gold side. They sent me a new one but I'm sure the same will happen to this one only a matter of time. I should have just stick with the cheaper version.

I ordered the pmd clean pro gold. Before this I was using water with a really nice microfiber cloth. My face is softer, and it seems to be of great quality. I never really thought I'd spend so much money on a face tool, but I'm glad I did. I also purchased the cleanser, moisturizer, spray, and refresh. All great products. I admit, I'm getting closer to 50 and just wanted to feel about my facial skin, and the wrinkles that were starting to appear. And they're getting better. Not going away, but definitely my skin is much smoother and not looking so... well.. old.

Warning: Gold wiped off

Loved this product so much and was seeing a dramatic difference in my aging skin. I'm super disappointed ??. I haven't had this long and I was going to buy my daughter and my friend one but it started peeling after about two months of use
