Bummer

Very frustrated with this mixer so far. The whisk and regular beater blade don’t make good contact with the contents of the bowl- it’s like it’s not set properly. I’m regretting not going back with a tilt head. I also haven’t had a successful pizza dough since using this mixer. Nothing has changed about my recipe or ingredients- so it has to be the mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the bigger bowl no overflow now

Not as good as I hoped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not seem as sturdy as my old mixer that is 18 years old. The outer part of the lift handle fell off the first time I used it. The motor seems to stop when mixing one batch of bread dough. This surprised me since it is a 7qt mixer and my older mixer (4.5qt 300w) can do it better. Over all just not impressed and frankly a little disappointed. Not sure if mine is a dud or these mixers have lost quality since my last purchase 18 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best of the best mixers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful mixer. This is my 3rd kitchen aide in my lifetime. I got my first at 19, then upgraded to a bigger a few years later. I put it in storage and passed that to my daughter when she got her first apartment. Now I am passing the second to my son who is 41 and I am upgrading to a larger again. So I have 3 generations and 40 years of using these mixers …. Is there anything else I can say. They are part of our family!

Absolutely terrible

We have purchased two and both stopped working after one try. Will never purchase any products from KitchenAid again.

Great Product...Great Company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me. When it arrived, it had a broken part on the end of the handle. He called KitchenAid and they sent me a new mixer within a week. They told us how to return the other mixer and the company paid to have it returned. The mixer is so nice and the company is amazing! KitchenAid stands behind their product!

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been thinking about upgrading my Kitchenaid mixer for a few months. I do a lot of baking - especially around the holiday season. With my other kitchenaid mixer I couldn’t do double batches on some of my dough, but my new machine has a much larger bowl and stronger motor. I should have made this switch earlier - I’m so happy with my new machine. You’ve got to devote counter space though since it’s heavy and too much to move around to a cabinet.
If you don’t have a Kitchenaid mixer yet, do yourself a favor and purchase one.
