Can't buy a better mixer !

Expensive but worth the investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used my mixer for the first time and it is very heavy so it needs to be located in a stationary place. I am also left handed so adding ingredients is clunky even with the shield and shoot. The head is extremely heavy so raising and lowering is hard. I replaced a fifty year old Oster Kitchen Center that is still in good working order so I expect this will be the last mixer I ever buy. I got lots of attachments but will not be able to afford additional bowls or attachments as they are extremely expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the mixer and it is a great for all my needs, especially kneading dough, I am, however, upset that the white coating on the dough hook attachment is peeling off. I am hoping Kitchen Aid will replace it. It would have been 5 stars had not been for this issue.

Wish I had gotten one earlier in my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 7 months ago and so far I love it. In the past, I did not want a stand mixer because they take up so much counter space. However, the handheld mixer became an issue for me due to shoulder issues.
I love my KitchenAid stand mixer. I made a cover for it and keep it on the counter all of the time. It works great and is easy to use and to clean. I do have one negative comment. The attachments do not reach the very bottom of the mixing bowl and the bottom needs to be scraped in order to mix the dry ingredients well. Otherwise, it is perfect for my needs.

My new favorite kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new KitchenAid to make rolls and loved how well the machine kneaded the dough and how powerful it was. I had another brand stand mixer that I literally had to hold down to the counter when it started mixing batter. I love that my KitchenAid is sturdy and doesn't move even when kneading dough.
